Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are custom-made to order.

  • Processing times vary by product and design complexity and are typically 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping availability will be announced if offered.)

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout; however, expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.


Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Monee’s Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Monee’s Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If an order is returned due to refusal or failure to retrieve from the carrier, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
