Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes (but is not limited to):

Custom-designed items made to order
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Non-Custom Items
If your order includes non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
