Customer-Supplied Garment Policy

We accept eligible customer-supplied garments and products for custom embroidery, printing, and other decoration services, subject to inspection and approval.

1. New Garments Only

All customer-supplied garments must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, defects, damage, or prior decoration. Used garments will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these requirements.

2. Compatibility and Inspection

Not all fabrics, finishes, coatings, or materials are suitable for every decoration method. We reserve the right to decline an item if we believe it is incompatible with the requested process or presents an unreasonable risk of damage.

3. Risk of Damage

Embroidery, heat pressing, printing, and other customization processes may cause scorching, discoloration, distortion, needle holes, tearing, shrinkage, or other unintended results. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome on customer-supplied items.

4. Responsibility and Limitations

Customer-supplied items are accepted subject to the risks of the requested process. We are not responsible for damage except to the extent caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

5. No Guarantee of Replacement

We do not promise to replace or reimburse the cost of a customer-supplied item if damage occurs. Any remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

6. Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting a customer-supplied item, the customer confirms that it meets the new-garment requirements, has disclosed any known material limitations, and has read and accepted this policy.

7. Inspection and Refusal

We may inspect submitted items before production and refuse items that do not meet our requirements. If an item is refused, we will contact the customer to discuss available options before proceeding.
